This session involves stretching of the lower extermitites (legs) that help with lower back pain and hip pain. These stretches target specific muscles of the low back and hips such as; the erectors, glutes, IT Bands, hamstrings and quads that all affect how the lower back and hips work. But overall these stretches are great for everybody! Whether you suffer from chronic low back or hip pain, work out a lot, are in athletic training or feeling the aches and pains of doing daily activities, this will help your overall flexibility and mobility. So, choose this 30 minute stretch sesh plus 60 minute full body massage for complete body therapy! *Make sure to wear/pack comfy or athletic leisure that allows you to move freely for the start of this session for the stretching.
